Minicol is a universal glue applicator and the ideal solution for applying glue in 4 mm grooves. Unlike with a glue bottle, the glue exits the nozzle on the sides. Therefore glue is applied to the groove sides instead of the groove bottom, resulting in better distribution and a more stable joint. As the glue applicators are positioned with the nozzles facing downwards in the wooden base, the glue leaves the nozzle immediately and drying out is prevented. In addition to the plastic nozzle, a metal nozzle for biscuit grooves and a pointed nozzle are also available.
The Clamex P-14 Flexus is a demountable connector based on the P-System anchoring system The hardware is connected with a rotating lever The Clamex P-14 Flexus thus offers all the advantages of the P-System, such as fast assembly without tools, good sliding tolerance, resistance to tearing and stacking New to the Clamex P-14 Flexus are the flexible positioning pins The flexible positioning pins mean that no fixed elements protrude from the connector This new feature allows workpieces to be retro-fitted into existing elements, significantly simplifying the assembly sequence The positioning pins serve as positioning and fixing elements for the workpieces For example, fixed shelves are held in place while workpieces are pulled together with an Allen key Because the positioning pins slope down on both sides, the workpiece can also be dismantled The positioning pins fit perfectly into the counter piece, so that even elements with a 90° miter can be mounted easily
The Clamex cover caps serve to cover the Clamex P drill holes. They are available for 90° joints as well as 45° joints. There are eleven colours available currently in order to match various wood species and painted materials.
