The P5-5in1 blade is renowned for its extremely fast cutting and ability to cut a wide range of materials from steel sections and Indian stone to reinforced concrete and building materials. Diameters 230mm, 300mm and 350mm have a reinforced centre flange to increase strength when cutting harder materials, improving stability and providing straighter cuts. The P5-5in1 is the ideal choice for all levels of users and is equally at home on large construction sites as it is on smaller jobs.

SUITABLE FOR USE ON:

  • Bricks - Class A Engineering
  • Bricks - Class B Engineering
  • Bricks - Standard Facing Bricks
  • Clay Products
  • Concrete - Beams, Kerbs, Pipes and Slabs
  • Concrete - Block Paving
  • Concrete - Flag Stones
  • Concrete - Flint Aggregate
  • Concrete - General Purpose
  • Concrete - Heavy Steel Reinforcement
  • Concrete - Light Steel Reinforcement
  • Concrete - Roof Tiles
  • Concrete Blocks - Medium Density 7 to 12 Newton
  • Concrete Blocks - Solid Density 12+ Newton
  • Granite - Blocks and Worktops
  • Limestone
  • Sandstone - Indian
  • Tiles - Slate
  • York Stone

MACHINE SUITABILITY

  • Angle Grinder
  • Hand Held Disc Cutter
  • Table Saw
  • Wall Chaser

USAGE ADVICE:

  • Make certain the blade is suitable for the material before cutting.
  • Guide the blade straight into the material.
  • Do not use unnecessary pressure, the weight of the machine is sufficient.
  • Carry out a slight pendulum movement (forwards, backwards).
  • If cutting speed reduces you can re-sharpen (dress) diamond segments by making several passes into a highly abrasive material such as a 3-Newton concrete or cinder (breeze) block.

STANDARDS

  • EN13236: European Standard that regulates the safety requirements for super abrasive (diamond) products
  • The Organisation for the safety of Abrasives (osa): Members of osa have to imply strict manufacturing, quality and safety procedures in accordance to EN13236.
