The Dewalt DCS386 is part of the Flexvolt Advantage range of 18v tools. Flexvolt Advantage tools are designed to identify Flexvolt batteries when in use and draw a higher current than a normal 18v machine is capable of. This in conjunction with the high power density brushless motor allows for more power and efficiency. Ideal for plumbers, window and door installers and general contractors. Due to the high power density motor's increased magnets and more windings the saw is able to deliver and unrivalled power output of 1475 watts with a 6Ah Flexvolt battery. The saw features a crank type drive train with a clutch for smooth driver and lower vibration. For user convenience the machine also has tool-free blade change and an LED work light.
